Apart from the data migration aspect, you'll need to decide how many countries to go live with at your initial launch. We recommend that you focus on just a few countries to start. This gives you the opportunity to monitor your commercetools solution under live conditions, optimize, and roll out changes as needed. When you are confident that everything is working well, you can expand your offering by adding additional countries, languages, and currencies.
Another good practice is to first start with the countries with the most complex use cases. This way you can validate all use cases before rolling out to other markets.
