commercetools Connect Fair usage

Customer’s usage of Connect shall not unduly impair the availability or integrity of the Service. In particular: (a) each Connector shall provide functionality across a single Integration Type, and (b) Customer's usage of a Connector shall be consistent with the commercially standard usage by similarly situated Customers.

commercetools may review the Customer's usage of Connect. If a review reveals, in commercetools' reasonable opinion: (i) the usage unreasonably overloads the Service, (ii) the usage impairs (or could reasonably impair) the availability or integrity of the Service, or (iii) the Connector is being used in a manner intended to avoid paying fees otherwise payable, then commercetools reserves the right to, upon notice to Customer if reasonably practicable, use reasonable measures to limit Customer's usage of Connect until such impairment is removed.
